JS Security’s founder and CTO acquire shares

Pierre Grönberg has acquired 3,174 shares in the Company. Following the acquisition, Pierre Grönberg's total shareholding amounts to 779,894 shares, corresponding to 12.31% of capital and votes.

 

This publication is prompted by the fact that JS Security has decided to publish acquisitions or sales of shares in the Company on its own initiative, which consist of board members or senior executives in the Company. This is in accordance with the Company's strategy for clear communication with investors, shareholders and analysts.
